  1. Abraham entrusts his servant an important task: “Find a wife for my son Isaac.”
    1. “You will not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites.”
    2. “Go to my country and to my kindred, and take a wife for my son Isaac.”
    3. “See to it that you do not take my son back there.”
  2. The servant fears God and understands the importance of the task that he is commissioned to undertake.

Applications

  1. Get to know the Word of God more deeply so that you can discern His will more carefully.
  2. Take time to thank God when He answers your prayers.
