- Protecting vulnerable peopl
- Crushing the oppressor
- Valuing all life
- This king will rule for the good of his people (vv. 5-7, 15-17)
- Like rain that falls on the mown grass (v.6)
- The righteous flourish (v.7)
- Peace abounds (v. 7)

- A Report Card on Solomon: How does Solomon measure up?
- Solomon gave wise judgments
- Solomon received gifts from many foreign leaders
- Solomon's glory did expand farther than other Israelite kings
- Solomon was wealthy
- BUT Solomon broke faith with the God of Israel; he began to worship other gods for the sake of his wives and his relationships with other nations
- Will there be another, better king than Solomon? YES!
- Jesus will rule with justice and righteousness.
- Jesus will rule for the good of His people.
- Jesus will subject all other earthly authorities to Himself.
- Jesus will rule for the glory of God.
- How can we get ready for Jesus' rule and reign?
- Pray for your children.
- Pray for your country's leaders.
- Pray for the nations of the world.
- Pray for Jesus' return.
- Surrender your life to Jesus.
Song of Response: “Jesus Shall Reign”
